This site is hosted on infrastructure from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Technical request data such as IP address, date, time, requested page, referrer and browser information may be processed in server logs to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation.
No analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies are used. The website fonts are hosted locally and do not require a request to Google Fonts.
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected enquiry type and message are sent to Formspree and processed so the enquiry can be delivered and answered. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. Formspree acts as a service provider; submissions are not used for marketing.
Hosting data is processed by Hetzner in Germany. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. Formspree may process data in the United States and describes its applicable safeguards and subprocessors at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. Processing agreements are maintained with service providers where required.
Contact data is kept only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, unless statutory retention duties require longer storage. Server logs are retained only for the period needed for operations and security, according to the hosting configuration.
