LUKA SANDVOSS / TALKS

FOR SOCIAL ORGANISATIONS, FOUNDATIONS AND EDUCATION PROVIDERS

DIGITAL CHANGE,
CLEARLY EXPLAINED.

I connect product design with digital learning. In talks and workshops, we use concrete examples to explain digital tasks and discuss what people need to take the next step.

01 / TOPICS

WHAT DOES YOUR TEAM WANT TO UNDERSTAND?

Examples follow the responsibilities of staff, leaders or volunteers. A conference talk needs a different emphasis from a workshop with people supporting learners.

01

Explain digital tools clearly

How does a technical term become a useful next step? An appointment-booking example makes language, orientation and questions at the point of use tangible.

To take forward: Develop a short explanation for a familiar task.

02

Digital participation in everyday services

Who can reach your digital service, and where is support needed? We follow a task from discovery to confirmation and discuss alternative ways to access the service.

To take forward: Choose one service journey to review with the people using it.

03

Review AI answers and digital messages

A plausible answer still needs checking. Prepared examples give us a starting point for questions, source checks and decisions about what remains uncertain.

To take forward: Take practical review questions back to your team.

02 / MY STARTING POINT

DESIGN. TEST. EXPLAIN.

I am a product designer and frontend developer based in Bassum. Jacqueline Lehmann and I developed Medienkundig during our media design studies: a learning project about digital safety. Its entry flow, orientation and exercises provide a concrete starting point for my talks.

I distinguish project observations, external sources and proposed exercises. The format is adapted to your group.

03 / FORMAT AND PREPARATION

A FORMAT THAT FITS.

Introductory talk

A possible format is 30–45 minutes followed by questions. A shared example guides the discussion and helps the group identify one question for its own work.

Workshop

A 90–120 minute session allows the group to examine a prepared task and try an explanation or review routine. Scope, accessibility and prior knowledge are discussed in advance.

Online or in person by arrangement. To get started, send the occasion, audience, preferred date, location or online format, and the question you want to address. I will use these to prepare a proposal and an individual quote.
